GAA Blitz 2019
On Friday the 21st of June, the first class boys and girls went to the Robert Emmetts Club for a GAA Blitz. They joined our neighbouring school St. Damians for a great day out. They were divided into teams of 8. Each team played 2 games of gaelic football and one game of hurling. Our teachers were on hand to manage the teams with the help of some skilled Robert Emmett players and mentors. The day was organised really well by Robert Emmetts and we all really enjoyed ourselves. We are looking forward to the next blitz already!

Hurling and Camogie
Girls and boys from Second Class had the opportunity this term to develop their hurling and camogie skills after school. They had great fun participating in drills and games organised and guided by their teachers.
Gaelic Football
All classes are enjoying playing Gaelic Football this year. Each class gets their turn to practice their skills and improve their ability to play the game.
Robert Emmets is our local GAA club.
